DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to the website Rupixl (“we”, “our”, “the website”). We respect the intellectual property rights of creators and expect our users to do the same. If your copyrighted material has been used on our website without permission, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Takedown Request)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and you want us to remove copyrighted material from our website, your notification must include:

2. Actions We Take After Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the uploader or responsible party (if applicable).
  • Take additional action if necessary.

3. Counter-Notification (Appeal)

If you believe that the removed content does not infringe copyright or was removed due to an error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your name, address, and email address.
  2. The URL of the material that was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury:
    “I have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.”
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court.
  5. Your digital signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or our DMCA policy.

5. Misuse of DMCA

Submitting false claims or fraudulent counter-notifications is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. External File Hosting & Third-Party Links

Rupixl may host downloadable files through external platforms such as MEGA or Google Drive. Copyright issues related to externally hosted files must still follow the DMCA process outlined above.
